ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you have loan cars?
yes, we do, we charge a one off fee of $30.00 per car, the car comes with a full tank of petrol and we ask that it is returned with a full tank.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, we do, we are also members of the Collision Repair Association and through them recognised as a Licensed Collision Repairer.
Do you do non-insurance work?
Yes, we do all types of work, on all types of vehicles, cars, trucks, buses, motorbikes, boats, campers, horse floats, caravans, trailers etc.
I can't drive my car - How do I get it there?
We can arrange a tow to get your vehicle and bring it back to our premises.
How long does it take?
It depends largely on the type of repair; however, we regularly communicate with our customers and on average the repairs are Monday through to Friday.
When do I have to pay the excess?
You can either pay when you drop your vehicle off or when you pick up through EFTPOS, cash or credit card (although there is a 3% surcharge on credit cards).
What vehicles can you work on?
All types of vehicles, cars, trucks, buses, motorbikes, boats, campers, horse floats, caravans, trailers etc.
Do you restore old cars?
Yes we do.
What if my car is a write off?
If your car is written off you will need to remove all your personal belongings and you will be paid out by your insurance company (less any excess) and your vehicle will be towed from our premises by the insurance company.
